Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in good condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else is wrong. If you discover a defect in the product, please contact us immediately by emailing customerservice@balistyling.com.

Complaints
It's always possible that something isn't quite as expected. Please let us know by emailing info@xlnaturals.com . We'll do our best to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.

As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
