Shipping and shipping costs

The products you order will be shipped within 5 working days with PostNL (after receipt of payment).

Discounted shipping rates in the Netherlands :
Regular package : €5.95

Discounted shipping rates for Belgium* :
Regular package : €8.95

Discounted shipping rates for other countries in Europe*. See your order for the applicable rates.

Shipping costs for larger items :
Larger items such as furniture or XXL rattan lamps will be delivered by us or a third party (these cannot be shipped at standard postal rates). A delivery or collection appointment will be arranged with you.

Free collection
Free collection is possible (by appointment) at our warehouse in Lelystad.

Shipping costs are €65 within the Netherlands , excluding the islands (a surcharge applies). For the islands, we collaborate with partners including Vlas for careful and fast delivery to the Wadden Islands.

The shipping costs are €129 within Belgium.

We provide (sea) transport to the Caribbean (Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao and Sint Maarten) on request in collaboration with CaribIntertrans The target price for this is €250 per m2 .

NB
We'll deliver your order to the front door on the ground floor. This means you're responsible for providing sufficient assistance to carry your purchase inside, upstairs, and into the garden. Don't forget to measure the doorways, stairwells, and elevator access to the garden before we begin the delivery. If a moving lift is necessary for delivery, you are responsible for arranging this yourself. If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will be charged a return fee equal to the delivery fee.

Cancel and return purchase
You can cancel your remote purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons. After notifying us of your return, you have 14 days to return the order. Returns are possible as long as we receive the product unused, in new condition, and carefully packaged. We will refund the purchase price, including the initial shipping costs, to your account within 14 days , but only after receipt of your return. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns of only part of the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you use the return shipping label we provide, these costs will be deducted. Purchases from Loods 5 are delivered and returned under the delivery terms and conditions applicable to Loods 5.

Do you have a return? Then send an email to sales@xlnaturals.com. You will receive the instructions and/or a PostNL return label within two business days . Note: If you use a Hotmail/Outlook email address, our messages often end up in your spam filter. Please check your spam filter, as we always respond to your messages!

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are equal to the initial shipping costs if you use a return label provided by us. You can also choose to pay the postage directly to PostNL. Return shipping costs for large items are €65 per order/trip, except for the islands (a surcharge applies).

Free returns
Free returns are possible if you return the goods yourself to our warehouse in Lelystad within 14 days (by appointment).

Never accept visibly damaged packages from PostNL. Refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. If in doubt (for example, if the packaging/box is slightly damaged), always take photos of the unopened box/packaging with the shipping label visible. Always report any shipping damage to us within 7 days of receipt and immediately include photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product. This allows us to submit a timely claim for shipping damage to PostNL .

*PLEASE NOTE: If the package needs to be shipped outside the Netherlands, please select the relevant country. If you do not, the order will be cancelled afterwards.
